Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing PRoud Fitwear Products!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange to a similar products. You can return a product up to 7 days from date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot exchange the item.

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. You may exchange the item for one of your choice, and if there is a price difference, the adjustment will be handled through ATH Móvil.

For eligible return, product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide shipping labels. Costumer is responsible for covering shipping costs. 

NOTE: If a monetary refund is issued for any reason, taxes will not be included in the total refund.
